We strive to display the colors and images of our products in the most accurate way possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices shown include sales tax where applicable.

4. SHIPPING
Estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Refund (only applies to warranty claims or right of withdrawal):
  • Bank transfer (savings or checking account): processed approximately within five business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Payment reversal: processed within fifteen business days after the product is received at our warehouse. This process is managed by your financial institution; please contact them directly with any questions.
  • Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the request). Exchanges are only possible for products of equal or lesser value. Any price difference will be issued as a store credit for future purchases. If a replacement is unavailable, a coupon for the value of the product will be provided.
  • Store credit coupon (Valid for six months from the date of issuance).

5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
The product must be returned in good condition, unused, and with original tags. If tags have been removed, please include them in the package. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will verify its condition. Depending on the outcome, a replacement product will be sent or a coupon issued for a future purchase.
